Our goal is to provide safe, reliable electric service to our members under the terms and conditions outlined in the documents below, and in accordance with New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission regulations. The delivery of electricity and its use by our members constitutes a contract between us that is subject to the documents below. The Tariff includes those portions of the Cooperative’s rates and terms that are regulated by the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission.  Terms and Conditions further defines the rights and responsibilities of both you and the Cooperative.

The documents below define NHEC’s responsibility to provide delivery services, default service, and services to competitive suppliers, as required by the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission.
