Municipal Communications In 2010 New Hampshire Electric Cooperative established a Municipal Communications Outage Team in an effort to provide the town’s we serve with timely information during extended/major power outages. When there is a pending storm and NHEC is preparing for the possibility of widespread outages, staff will communicate with the affected town(s) Emergency Management staff notifying them of the possibility of outages and the telephone number to report emergencies or wires down.
