Service Requests
As members, your needs may change relating to your electric service or property impacted by trees and foliage. Service starts, it stops or gets transferred. Trees damage power lines. Streetlights go out. We’re here to help.
Start/Stop Services
Most service is established within 3 to 5 business days.
Most services can be disconnected within 3 to 5 business days. You are responsible for ensuring that the property is winterized. NHEC is not responsible for any damage resulting from the power being disconnected.

Transfer Services
If you are an existing member and are moving from your current location to a new location that is also served by NHEC, we will need to set up a disconnection of service for your current account and then either reconnect or transfer electric service for the new location into your name.
Tree Trimming
