We want to help recruit businesses that create jobs and provide better wages, benefits and opportunities for advancement and will attract a skilled workforce. We promote retention by communicating the value of successful businesses and the contribution they are making to current and future economies. Successful businesses and healthy communities go hand in hand and improve the quality of life, where local tax dollars and jobs raise the economic tide for the community, which increases the overall standard of living for our members.
